The details behind your school spirit.
01What does printed to order mean?+
Your garment is printed after your order is accepted, using the design, color and size you select. We make your Panther pick for you rather than pulling a preprinted item from a shelf.
02How is shipping calculated?+
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your delivery address and the available shipping option. Shipping and applicable tax are additional to the garment price, and you will see the complete total before payment. You can check a U.S. shipping estimate on the checkout page using your state and ZIP code. Read the shipping details ↗
03How long will my order take?+
Production takes 7–10 business days after your order is accepted. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the selected shipping service. No event-date or delivery deadline is currently promised, so please contact us before planning an order around a particular match. More about delivery ↗
04Can I return an item or exchange the size?+
All items are custom printed and made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing or customer selection errors. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, send photos through the form within 30 days of delivery for a replacement at no extra cost. 05What should I send if something is wrong?+
Use the support form with your order number or proof of purchase, the item details, a short description and clear photos of the entire garment and the problem. Keep the garment and packaging while we review it, and wait for our instructions before returning anything. Please cover unrelated personal details in photos.
06Can I change my design, size or address?+
Send a message using the form as soon as you notice a mistake. We will check whether printing or shipping has started. Changes may be possible before production begins, but are not guaranteed once printing starts or a parcel is handed to the carrier.
07Which size should I choose, and what is included?+
Choose the garment style and size carefully and ask us if you need help before ordering. Your purchase includes the selected spirit-wear top only. Pants, shoes and other styling items in the campaign photos are not included.
08Can I place an order right now?+
Yes. Select your design, garment color, size and quantity, add your picks to the bag, and continue to checkout. Review your delivery details, shipping and applicable tax, then pay securely through Stripe to place your order.
