Made-to-order purchases

Because all items are custom printed and made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices or customer errors in the selected design, color or delivery details. Please check every selection before payment and contact us if you need help.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, warranty or other rights required by applicable law.

If the issue is on our end

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery, and we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost, including replacement shipping.

Keep the garment and packaging while we review the photos. Damage caused by misuse or care contrary to the garment instructions is not treated as a printing defect.

How to request help

1. Use our support form within 30 days of delivery, including your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Describe the issue and the garment, design, color and size ordered.
3. Attach clear photos of the entire garment and a close-up of the problem. For a wrong item or shipping damage, include relevant packaging or label photos; cover unrelated personal information.
4. Wait for our review and written instructions. We may request further photos or details to verify the issue.

Please contact us before sending anything back

Do not return an item without our instructions, and do not send merchandise to Forest Park High School. We will confirm any return arrangement, replacement details and relevant shipping instructions with you. A refund required by law will be handled in accordance with that law.

Changes and cancellations

Email us quickly if you need to correct or cancel an accepted order. We will check whether printing has started. A voluntary change or cancellation may not be possible once production begins. The cancellation and refund rights described on our Shipping page and any other rights required by law still apply.
