Who runs this shop

ALMS Studio operates this Forest Park spirit-wear storefront and handles merchandise support and privacy requests. Contact hello@almsstudio.com. The school office details in our footer are school information, not the return address or privacy contact for this shop.

Information we use

Your bag is saved on your own browser and contains your garment, design, color, size and quantity choices. Cookie preferences are also saved on your browser.

If you request a shipping estimate, your state, ZIP code, garment variants and quantities are sent through our server to Printful to calculate available rates. See Printful’s privacy information ↗.

If you join the Spirit drops list, we receive your email address, the signup date and whether you signed up from the home or product page. If you submit the support form or email us, we receive your name, reply email, optional order and garment details, message and any photos or files you choose to include. The form sends these details to ALMS Studio’s support inbox through FormSubmit; attachments are not published on the Site. FormSubmit provides the security check and processes the form fields and uploads. Its submission archive can retain messages for 30 days, but does not archive uploaded files. See FormSubmit’s privacy information ↗. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, student IDs or school records.

Our hosting services may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver and secure the Site. No third-party advertising or analytics tools are currently installed.

How we use information

We use this information to keep your bag available, remember privacy choices, maintain and secure the shop, respond to requests, and manage the Spirit drops list you requested. We do not sell personal information or use this shop for targeted advertising.

Payments are not currently accepted on this Site. Printful is being connected as our printing and shipping partner. Before checkout opens, we will identify the payment service and explain the additional order information these services receive. When test checkout is available, we collect the recipient name, email and delivery address only when you continue to Stripe. Our protected order storage keeps the order selections, delivery details and consent record so we can reconcile the payment and prepare fulfillment. Stripe receives the customer and payment information, and Printful receives the delivery and garment details required for a draft. We never receive or store your card number. Test mode does not charge real money or send garments to production.

Services and sharing

Service providers supporting hosting, email, storage and customer support may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and security, or with your direction. We do not give the school a marketing list or access to your bag merely because you use this shop.

Retention and security

We keep subscriber information while you remain on the list, or until you request removal, subject to reasonable legal, security and recordkeeping needs. We retain support messages as needed to handle your request and related records. Browser information remains until you remove it, change the preference or clear your browser storage.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Email hello@almsstudio.com to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the Spirit drops list. Use “Privacy request” or “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that a request is yours, and will handle it under applicable law. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we explain why they are needed.

You can clear your bag in the bag panel and manage browser preferences on our Cookie Preferences page. Declining optional tracking does not disable the necessary bag.

Young supporters

This shop is intended for high-school students, families and adult supporters, not children under 13. Do not submit personal information if you are under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 submitted information can contact hello@almsstudio.com so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Purchases by anyone under 18 require a parent or guardian’s involvement.

Updates

We will update this notice when our practices change, including before payment processing or optional tracking is introduced. The date at the top identifies this version.
