Current ordering status

Retail prices are available and you can build a bag. Payments are not yet accepted. Production is planned for 7–10 business days after an order is accepted, with carrier delivery time added afterward. You can request a U.S. shipping estimate on the checkout page using your delivery state and ZIP code. Final shipping charges and applicable tax will be shown before payment when checkout opens. No order or event-date delivery guarantee is being offered on this preview.

Production and delivery are separate

Your selected garment is printed after an order is accepted. Production takes 7–10 business days and covers preparing, printing and packing it. Carrier transit begins after the package is handed over and is additional to production time. Once ordering opens, review both the production estimate and the shipping service before paying.

Shipping and applicable tax are additional to the displayed garment price. The final charges must be shown before you submit payment. Do not assume delivery by a match, holiday or event unless we have specifically confirmed it.

Delivery details and tracking

Check the recipient name and shipping address carefully. Email hello@almsstudio.com promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once a parcel is handed over. Shipment confirmation and available tracking information will be provided when an accepted order is dispatched.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. Please keep any damaged packaging and photograph damage on arrival.

If an accepted order is delayed

We will provide a reasonable shipment estimate before accepting payment. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will give the notice and cancellation/refund choice required by applicable law. If no shipment time was stated, the FTC rule generally requires shipment within 30 days, unless a lawful exception applies.

A required refund will not be replaced with store credit. Our made-to-order policy does not remove your legal rights when merchandise is not shipped or an order is delayed.

Shipping help

Email hello@almsstudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Do not mail merchandise to the school. For a wrong or defective item, follow our Refunds & Exchanges process.
