ALMS Studio and your order

These Terms apply to this Forest Park spirit-wear shop operated by ALMS Studio. For order questions, contact hello@almsstudio.com. Purchases must be made by an adult, or with a parent or guardian who authorizes the purchase and accepts responsibility for it.

The shop accepts orders through secure Stripe checkout. Adding an item to the bag does not place an order or take payment. Review your selections, delivery details and final total, then complete payment to place your order.

Choose your garment carefully

We print each garment to order using the design, garment color and size selected. Review those choices, the quantity and your delivery details before paying. Contact us if you need help with sizing or product details.

Only the selected spirit-wear garment is included. Shoes, bottoms and other styling items in campaign photographs are not part of the order. Product previews identify your chosen design and garment color; screen settings, lighting, fabric folds and normal production variation can affect appearance. We will not knowingly substitute a different design or garment choice without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are retail prices in US dollars for individual garments, not school bulk-order prices. The displayed garment price excludes shipping and applicable tax. Your complete total, shipping charge and applicable tax are shown before payment. Georgia tax is calculated using the delivery county or city you select and appears as a separate sales-tax line at payment.

A saved bag does not reserve stock or lock a future price. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding and provide any cancellation or refund required by law.

Printing, shipping and changes

Production takes 7–10 business days after an order is accepted. Carrier transit time is additional. Read the Shipping page for current availability. U.S. shipping options and charges are confirmed at checkout before payment.

If you notice a mistake in your choices or address, email us promptly. A change may be possible before printing starts; it is not guaranteed after production begins. Any legal cancellation or refund rights remain in place.

Made-to-order policy

Because all items are custom printed and made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices or customer errors in the selected design, color or delivery details.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, including replacement shipping. See the Refunds & Exchanges process. This does not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Using the Site and artwork

Use the shop lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the Site or misuse another person’s information. Designs, photographs and school marks belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may make reasonable updates to the shop and these Terms. The terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively to remove rights already granted.

Georgia law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, warranty, privacy or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact hello@almsstudio.com first if something needs to be resolved.
